DR. POON DIET ON PHASE 1

Hi all, I just started my DR. POON diet this morning , and I am really excited to start seeing how much weight i can possibly lose. I had my first appointment yesterday, and I felt that I was not educated well on what I need to be doing to lose this weight rapidly. I bought the receipt book and some of the foods in the store he has available at the clinic.

Just a few things I would like to clarify from anyone who is on this diet. Is it okay to drink constant water all day all night ???? because I seen that I am suppose to be drinking some type of diet soda during phase 1 .

Also if anyone can give me some good ideas for breakfast, lunch? This morning I had egg white wrap with lean turkey and one square of LO-LO flax bread with strawberry spread on top with water. Is this okay?

I also would like to know how much exercise should I be doing in order to achieve 7-10 pounds off for the first 2 weeks. The doctor I seen yesterdaqy did not even mention about any exercising, and I was hoping I can get some answers, from anyone on or has used this diet in the past. :)
